This policy describes the information BringEnough processes.

1. Event and contribution data
BringEnough stores event details, quantity targets, contributor names, promised items and quantities, optional labels and notes, status, and timestamps. It does not require accounts or email addresses.
2. Private access links
Secrets stay in URL fragments, are sent to the API only when needed, and are stored by the server as cryptographic hashes.
3. Shared contribution details
Anyone with the participant link can see current targets, quantities, contributor names, promised items, labels, and notes so the group can coordinate. Do not enter sensitive information. The organiser can remove contributions, while each contributor can edit or withdraw their own contribution through its private receipt.
4. Technical data and analytics
Security logs may process IP address, user agent, and timestamps. Optional analytics loads only after consent and must not receive private URLs or contribution content.
5. Retention and deletion
A guest can permanently withdraw a contribution. The organiser can remove contributions or delete the entire event. Operational backups may persist for a limited period.
